This is the registration page for the 2018 Master Cane Level 2 workshop. The workshop itself is described here.
The workshop will be held at the Heartland Retreat Center, just outside of Kansas City, Missouri (16965 NW 45 Hwy, Parkville, MO 64152), and very close to the Kansas City airport. Lodging will be hotel-style and will include in-room bath/showers.
Options will include single, double and triple rooms. A commuter option which includes all meals is also available.
The workshop will begin at 1 pm on the 16th and end with lunch on the 22nd. We will have a dedicated workroom with plenty of space to spread out and 24-hour access. Meals will be served buffet-style in the attractive dining hall which is right next door (6 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 4 dinners). On one evening we will have dinner in a local restaurant.
There is a lot of interest in the workshop and we anticipate that it will fill quickly. You can reserve a spot by submitting the form below and providing a $150 deposit by check or $156 via PayPal. This deposit is non-refundable.

At Registration – $150 deposit due (this will be applied to the workshop fee)
January 16, 2018 – 1/2 of remaining workshop fee is due ($260)
February 16, 2018 – Entire lodging payment is due
March 16, 2018 – Remainder of workshop fee is due ($260)
April 16, 2018 – Workshop Begins
